Delegate fees are £150 per delegate and include all conference resources, the black tie Diplomatic Dinner on Friday night, Highland Ball on Saturday night, afternoon tea, refreshments throughout the day, WASAMUN folder and conference goody bag.

Attendance cannot normally be confirmed until after registration closes. However, delegations may request early confirmation if they need to book flights or plan other aspects of their trip in advance.

The School is only 40 minutes by road from Heathrow Airport and 20 minutes by train from London Marylebone railway terminal and the sights of central London.

There are several low-cost chain and independent hotels within 10 minutes walking distance of the school including a Travelodge and Premier Inn. There is a Holiday Inn a ten-minute drive away.

Registration forms should please be completed by the deadline of Monday 15 November and accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the fees.
