Pre-Season MUN offers a valuable opportunity to prepare delegates for the busy MUN calendar and introduce new delegates to the MUN process.
Delegates of all levels will learn new MUN techniques and skills, while debating current global issues.
New delegates will be trained in the basic MUN process, while experienced delegates can get in pre-season shape by acquiring more advanced public speaking and resolution writing skills.
To make preparation easier at the start of the school year, delegates will not need to draft resolutions for the conference. Committees will discuss specially-drafted resolutions designed to generate active debate.
Training will be delivered by experienced advisers. Committees will be chaired by our highly experienced chairing team.
The agenda will cover a range of pressing international challenges.
Overview of the Day
The day will start a morning of training sessions on a range of valuable conference skills. These will provide an insight into MUN for beginners and introduce more advanced skills for experienced delegates. Committees will be in session after lunch.
